Cheque Centre – Website

Brief: The Cheque Centre is an alternative High Street finance provider with around 400 stores in the UK. Its portfolio of products has more than doubled and we were briefed to redesign Cheque Centres website to reflect the evolution of the brand on the high street. A key deliverable of the website is to increase the online uptake of Short Term Loans and drive customers to its stores nationwide to take advantage of all of their other services including Foreign Currency, Cheque Cashing and the purchase of Mobiles and Gold.

Creative: The website was designed for the Content Management System WordPress, utilising tints of the corporate colour palette, with the inclusion of strong red buttons in key areas to attract the customer to navigate through the site in the way desired. Strong scenario based imagery was introduced to engage the audience and demonstrate some of the situations people may find themselves in which Cheque Centre can help with. The mini app on the homepage encourages potential customers to apply for a Short Term Loan and the Store Locator app allows the customer to find their local store at the click of a button.

Result: A launch of a new information based portal which is contemporary and fresh, customer friendly and easy to navigate through, and which promotes Cheque Centre and its services effectively.
